Welcome to the Blog!

Hello Tonistas, I hope you are all doing very well. I hope that Cal is dominating as usual and that you are all supporting the golden bears. I just wanted to welcome you all to my blog, and here is a picture of me doing some spectacular thing. Check it out, comment on it, and please forward this to all of your friends. I have to type out this thing because we need to get a sense of the what this will look like when it is all laid out.

Hopefully we can come up with something that looks wonderful and evokes the ideas of balance and harmony that we try to harness in our yoga practice.
